GeneTF

Gene Transcription Factor (GeneTF) Connectivity Network is an interchange format for exchanging gene transcription factor connectivity network data.

The GeneTF data format can be integrated as a new data type in the Bio-SPICE Dashboard. Additionally, a GeneTF domain-specific Java API has been for Windows and Linux.
